Murton House is located in the beautfiul village of Murton in the Eden Valley, just 4 miles east of Appleby. With easy access off the M6 motorway and the A66, we're a doddle to find.

From the West:
Take J40 of the M6 Motorway and take the A66 for Scotch Corner. After 13 miles, take the first exit on the Appleby Bypass signposted Appleby, Murton & Hilton. Follow signs for Murton - after approx 4 miles follow directions in Murton below.

From the South West:
Leave M6 on J38. Follow signs for Orton and Appleby (12 3/4miles) Once in Appleby cross over bridge At T junction turn right, then next left. Follow signs for Hilton and Murton. Then continue on approach to Murton as below.

From the East:
From the A1 and Scotch Corner, take the A66 westbound for Penrith. After approx 34 miles, you will reach the Appleby by-pass. Take the first exit for Appleby and follow signs for Murton.

In Murton, go over the small stone bridge and at the crossroads turn left. Murton House is approx 200 yards on right hand side.
